If WhopWoo doesn’t work for your store, email support@whopwoo.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. We may ask what went wrong so we can fix it, but a refund doesn’t depend on your answer.
Monthly and yearly renewals can be cancelled at any time from your account and won’t be charged again. Renewal payments are not normally refunded. If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 7 days and we will look at it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, our payment processor. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your licence is deactivated and the plugin stops receiving updates. Please remove it from your site.
