WhopWoo (“we”, “us”) is a WordPress plugin built and operated by Burhani Digital. These terms cover your use of whopwoo.com and your licence to use the WhopWoo plugin.
WhopWoo is sold directly by Burhani Digital on whopwoo.com. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. through our own checkout, and your use of Whop’s checkout is also subject to Whop’s terms. Each licence covers the number of sites stated on the plan you buy. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are paid once.
The plugin’s code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your paid licence gives you access to downloads, updates and support for the plan’s term and site count.
WhopWoo connects your store to your own Whop account. Your relationship with Whop, including fees, payouts, permitted products and account decisions, is governed by Whop’s own terms. We are not affiliated with Whop, Inc. and cannot act on your Whop account.
You are responsible for configuring the plugin, testing it in sandbox before taking live payments, keeping WordPress and WooCommerce up to date, and making sure the products you sell are allowed by Whop and by law.
We provide email support for active licences as described on the pricing page. Support covers installing and configuring WhopWoo. It does not cover third-party plugins, themes, hosting or custom development.

WhopWoo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost orders, chargebacks or indirect damages arising from your use of the plugin. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use WhopWoo after a change means you accept the new terms.
