What this covers

This policy explains what personal data Burhani Digital collects through whopwoo.com and the WhopWoo plugin, and what we do with it.

Data we collect

• Purchases: your name, email, billing address and order details are stored in our WooCommerce store. Card and crypto payments are handled by Whop, Inc.; we never see or store your full card details.
• Support and forms: anything you send us through the contact or review forms, or by email.
• Website analytics: if enabled, anonymous usage statistics such as the pages visited.

What the plugin sends

The plugin sends order totals and order reference metadata from your store to your Whop account so payments can be matched to orders. That data goes to Whop, not to us. The plugin’s licence and update checks go to whopwoo.com and send your site URL, licence key and plugin version.

How we use data

To deliver your licence and updates, answer support requests, publish reviews you have agreed to share, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don’t sell personal data.

Retention

We keep support messages for as long as your licence is active plus 24 months, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
